Industry 5.0 adaptive and validation OER

The main objective of the result is to provide access to the latest knowledge about Industry 5.0. By creating an innovative web application that acts as an Open Educational Resource (OER), the platform will provide a central access point for students, teachers, and industrial workers. They will be able to use various educational materials in an interactive format. The application is not limited to static resources but offers an interactive platform that adapts to each user’s learning needs and pace. As a result, everyone will be able to develop their skills and competencies according to the current requirements of Industry 5.0.

Additionally, the platform will offer convenient access to up-to-date educational materials, empowering users to efficiently enhance the skills essential for succeeding in Industry 5.0.

Given the heightened significance of digitization, partly driven by the global epidemiological situation, the adaptive and validated OER of Industry 5.0 emerges as a crucial outcome of the project. It has the potential to reach a broad audience and support the digital transformation of the vocational education and training (VET) sector.

Thanks to the application, students, teachers, and industry employees will be able to access updated educational content easily. It will allow them to effectively develop their skills and competencies to the requirements of Industry 5.0. The platform will also be tailored to different learning styles, enabling a personalized approach to education and skill development at a pace suitable for each user.

The transformation to digitization of products, services, and people requires the involvement of a group of key players, dialogue with users, and multi-level collaborative partnerships. The multi-level courses shall introduce the development of digital competencies oriented towards Industry 5.0.

This training aims to cultivate robust digital competencies tailored to Industry 5.0, encompassing VET trainers, practitioners, learners, and representatives from SMEs across diverse sectors.
